Lara Logan

 Lara Logan, born 29/03/71 was a South African television journalist and war reporter. She worked as a correspondent for CBS News between 2002 and 2018.60 Minutes executive producer Jeff Fager called her factually incorrect and politcally slanted story on the 2012 Benghazi attack "the most regrettable mistake of my 10 years of watching." She was a member of Sinclair Broadcast Group (a conservative media company) in the year 2019. [4] She joined Fox Nation in January 2020. Fox News runs the subscription streaming service. She claimed that she had been "dumped by the network" in March 2022. Logan was a reporter for the Sunday Tribune of Durban during her studies (1988-1989) and then the Daily News of the city (1990-1992). She was hired by Reuters Television Africa in 1992 as an executive producer. After four years, she moved into freelance journalism and landed reports as a reporter and editor/producer at ITN and Fox/SKY, CBS News, ABC News (in London), NBC, and the European Broadcasting Union. She was a reporter for CNN covering events such as the 1998 United States embassy bombings in Nairobi and Tanzania and the conflict in Northern Ireland, and the Kosovo war.
