Lily Rabe

 American actress Lily Rabe. Her various roles on the FX horror series American Horror Story (2011-2021) are her most well-known. As Portia, in Broadway's production of The Merchant of Venice she was nominated to the Tony Award for Best Actress. Her film credits include What Just Happened (2008). Pawn sacrifice (2014). Miss Stevens (2016). Golden Exits(2017). Vice (2018). Fractured 2019 and The Tender Bar 2021. On TV, Rabe also appeared in the show The Whispers (2015), The Undoing (2020), The Underground Railroad (2021) and The First Lady (2022). The first time she appeared on screen was 2001, alongside Jill Clayburgh, her mother. In addition, she made her first professional stage appearance with her mother at the Gloucester Stage Company of Massachusetts. She was part of two one-act plays: Speaking Well of the Dead by Israel Horovitz as well as The Crazy Girl by Frank Pugliese. The roles allowed her to award her an Equity Card. In addition, she appeared in Proof which was a play written by David Auburn, at the Gloucester Stage Company in July 2003. That year, she also was in the film Mona Lisa Smile. The actress returned to New York shortly after she completed her degree. Deirdre O'Connor's White Jesus was her first-act play. It was part of a play series called The Democracy Project, presented by the Naked Angels Theater Company.
